The Sussex Singer

Symons Studio is dedicated to help young singers build their confidence and develop their voices. The Sussex Singer is my own outlet to share the joy of singing and live performance with audiences across the south coast of England!

From intimate wedding ceremonies to private celebrations and high-end events, each performance is shaped around the people and the moment itself.

I’ve spent more than a decade performing at weddings, private celebrations and high-end events in New York and across the UK, including a performance for the Queen and repeat performances with Sting.

Each event is carefully shaped with the client, curating song choices that suit the moment and the setting. My  repertoire draws from classical, musical theatre, jazz and contemporary music, allowing the music to feel both personal and timeless.

I have performed internationally as a vocalist, with experience spanning opera, musical theatre and concert performance across Europe, the UK, South Africa, Australia and the USA.

Known for being calm, reliable and detail-focused, I take real pride in making the whole process feel easy and joyful, from the first conversation to the final note.

DRINKS RECEPTION — From £200

Live music to create warmth and atmosphere while guests mingle.
1 hour or 2 × 45-minute sets

FIRST DANCE — £100

Make your first dance truly personal with a live performance of your chosen song.
Available as an add-on to Drinks Reception only

TRAVEL & LOCATION
I am based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire and Goring-by-Sea, West Sussex, and regularly travel across the UK for weddings and private events.

Travel within 20 miles of either base is included. For venues further afield, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.
